Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Measurements

DiIC(1)5 Loading Protocol

1. Pellet cells and adjust to million cells per ml.

2. Dissolve DiIC(1)5 in DMSO (Invitrogen, Cat. No.H14700).

3. Adjust DiIC(1)5 to a final concentration of 40 nM.

4. Incubate at 37C for 30 mins.

5. Wash cells in PBS.

6. Add DAPI (200 ng/ml)
